Cancelation/Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers are allowed to cancel their orders within one hour of purchase. We begin the order fulfillment process immediately after an order is placed, therefore, cancellations made more than one hour after purchase cannot be accepted.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date for shoes that are unworn, unused, and in the same condition as they were received.
  • Shoes that are returned worn or not in the original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Items that are on sale, clearance, or purchased during a promotional event (including special promotions for holidays) are not eligible for returns.

Responsibility for Lost Packages

  • Our store is not responsible for packages that are lost after they have been handed over to UPS, USPS, or FedEx. In the event that a package is lost, please contact the respective carrier directly for further assistance.

Return Process

  • Include a note inside the package that details your order number, name, and reason for the return.

  • If a return is received without the proper information, we will be unable to process a refund, as we cannot tie the return to a specific purchase.
